Remember when you were a kid and if you really loved something your friends would say, “If you love it so much, why don’t you marry it?” Well, I’d marry these tiles, ‘cause I am in love love love love. Of course, as usual, they are out of my price range, being Ann Sacks and all, but I think these would be AMAZING around the fireplace.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of turning on our retro Vornado fan for the first time…we bought it with our Christmas money back in January. It packs a powerful punch for such a small fan. It’s just too cute!

They also make a really cool retro colored Vornado.

Remember a couple weeks ago when I was hemming-and-hawing about the purchase of this fabric from Reprodepot? Well, after all the enthusiasm for the fabric, I went ahead and ordered it an had it sent to my mom (in Nebraska). She already finished them and sent me photos! I can’t wait to see them in the living room.


The stripes are the backside, which I also ordered from Reprodepot.

Wow, these would be some great fireplace tiles…too bad they’re so expensive. I think we could afford two.
